This qualification is tailored towards learners who want to develop their skills and understanding of best practice within their desired role of a counsellor. Learners will be supported through progression to gain further qualifications within the sector.

*This course is FREE to complete if you are claiming benefits or earning less than £18,135 per annum, aged 19+ before 1st September 2020 and meet all eligibility criteria for funding*

What you will learn -

Gain insight into the role and understand how to put counselling skills into practice.

How to build effective relationships while maintaining required boundaries and understanding diversity and ethics within the role.

Counselling skill theories (CBT, person-centred and more)

What you will get -

Accredited Certificate Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

Transferable skills and knowledge applicable to current or future work environments and in every day interactions.
