Production Operative

Working as a production operator you'll be required to: Working on a busy production line in a chilled environment. You will be required to follow processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications. As a Hygiene Operative you will be required to undertake all aspects of cleaning all food manufacturing areas, equipment and machinery to meet food hygiene standards. You will carry out the consistent application of hygiene within a given area/line to make sure the area is maintained to the agreed standards. Ensure that all sanitation processes are completed in full and that hygiene standards for a given area are maintained during the production shift. This new part-time (four days a week 10-3pm) role based in St Joseph’s Adult Services Formby will provide administrative and general support to the Service Manager and members of the leadership team at the Fernley Resource Centre. **Purposes of the job:**To provide administrative support to the Service Manager and team at Fernley Resource Centre to ensure the professional running of the service whilst at all times operating within the policies, procedures and ethos of the Foundation and legislative requirements. Main duties and responsibilities: * Answering the telephone, directing calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages as necessary. * Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments. Look after visitor book and signing in/out sheets. * Filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents to the correct locations/ staff.   Log all correspondence received into the service and share with members of staff. * Log all correspondence sent out from the service, ensuring all mail is posted on a daily basis. * Maintain various Microsoft Office applications. * Update staff data on supervision and appraisal, absence ,holidays using spreadsheets and databases with current information e.g. client information, staff information, training (list is not exhaustive) * Maintain and update information pertaining to all service users and staff files, i.e. personal files, training records and other general documentation. * Order stationery, office equipment, supplies and consumables as required (with approval from Service Manager) keeping within approved budgets. * Type up short letters and memos, and distribute as required. Accounts Assistant/Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join the Accounts team. **Your main duties will include:** * Operation of Sage accounts software system * Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries. * Support the credit control function as necessary and comfortable in chasing overdue client accounts. * Take payments from customers using in house systems and customer portals * Process invoices and resolve invoice queries * Ad hoc account related duties as required.
