Sefton@Work is a part of Sefton Council that acts as an intermediary between companies that need support to recruit new staff, and our residents that are looking for work.
We Can Save You Money. You won’t need to pay agency fees as your named Employer Liaison Officer will provide your business with a free, bespoke recruitment service.
We Can Save You Time. Recruitment support can include advertising, managing applications and pre-screening applicants so you just meet the best, leaving you more time to run your business.
We Can Source Funding. We can identify subsidies or grants towards wage costs for example, Apprentices and trainee posts and training costs. Funding will vary, depending on who you recruit.
