Mobile Catering Assistants

Description:

Mobile Catering Assistants required to work within School Meals service within Sefton.

Candidates must have a full driving license.

Full DBS will be required.

Main Duties:

• To assist with the basic preparation of, cooking, and serving of food to the highest possible standard.
• Compliance with the stated menu and nutritional standards.
• Perform general kitchen and dining room duties, ie washing up, setting up and clearing away dishes.
• Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen and equipment in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
• Maintain records and keep routine clerical checks as directed by the Cook.
• Receive deliveries, check delivery notes.
• Maintain good relationships with the School and the children.
• Any other duties relevant to the role.
• Willingness to work in any catering establishment within reasonable travelling distance.

Working Hour 12.5 hours per week.
