Based in Southport. The post holder is required to provide a broad range of frontline reception and administrative support functions to the staff team to ensure a smooth running office and strong delivery of the organisation’s projects.
Previous office administrative experience essential
Must have excellent clerical and administrative skills and excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Sound computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft packages, Office especially Excel and Word, e‐mail and the internet.
Good general IT knowledge in networks and database management; web design would be an advantage Experience of data entry/record keeping.
