Senior Youth Worker

Description:

To operationally manage, develop and deliver a Youth Work programme across the Bootle, Derby Ward.

• To assist in the design, delivery and moderation of Youth Work programmes.

• To lead programmes which engage vulnerable young people to increase their participation and personal development resulting in a range of outcomes and/or accreditation.

• To manage and record evidence-based practice through impacts and outcomes.

• Supervision and line management of staff.

• Agree and deploy resources/budgets against an annual plan.

• Lead and develop partnership and collaborative working.

• Development of staff, programmes and facilities.

• Performance management.

Must be able to design, deliver and evaluate programmes with learning outcomes. Engaging vulnerable young people and sustaining their involvement. Performance Management including Peer Inspections.

12 hours per week

£7,800/£12.50ph
