Job Title:    Digital Marketing Manager

Wage:         £30,000.00 per annum

Hours:         35 hours p/w

Duration:   Permanent.

Job purpose

  • To deliver a range of social media and marketing projects across a family of companies including an estate agency and a house builder.
  • Main Responsibilities/Duties Staff/Health \& Safety
  • Developing the strategy and creative content across all social media platforms including working with influencers (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.) and launching an annual marketing calendar
  • Creative photos / videos / imagery to grow the business
  • Understand email marketing and strategic campaigns
  • Enhance brand awareness digitally, driving traffic and establishing a sustained customer base
  • Manage press relationships in driving product placement and external business comms
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps operational managers develop marketing plans
  • Create posts that engage with an array of customers
  • Oversees the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, adverts, cover pages for policies and procedures within the company
  • Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, and other promotional materials Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc..
  • Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for operational managers
  • Helps maintain excellent client relationships through customer service skills.
  • Build new marketing strategies, looking for new channels and entries within the sector we work in.

Experience and skills. Essential or preferred

Strong background in marketing and social media (E)

Desirable:

Understanding and knowledge of the Liverpool City Region housing market
