Job Purpose: Based in Southport. You will be required to ensure that all menu dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities: Will assist in management of the kitchen brigade, motivate the team, share knowledge, train and develop chefs within the team especially with regards to health and hygiene safety procedures and food standards.
Hours of Work: Full Time
