Job Purpose: Based in Maghull / Aintree / Netherton / Melling / Lydiate / Bootle To provide personal/domestic care to the service user enabling them to retain their independence in their own home. To offer support, both emotionally and physically to the service user.

Main Responsibilities: Provide direct personal/domestic care in accordance with the service users assessed needs, for example:- i) Assisting/supporting with personal hygiene and appearance, i.e. bathing ii) Preparing/cooking meals and assisting with feeding where necessary iii) Undertaking routine domestic and household tasks iv) Shopping, collecting pensions and prescriptions

Working Pattern: Breakfasts and Lunches / Tea’s and Bed’s

Hours of Work: Part Time

Minimum Salary: £8.21

Maximum Salary: £8.66

Comments: Enhanced DBS and references will be required. Wage: Drivers: £8.31 per hour weekdays & £8.66 per hour weekends - £17,450 per annum (pro-rata) Walkers: £8.21 per hour weekdays & £8.56 per hour weekends £17,222 per annum (pro-rata) 15p per mile mileage allowance included

Minimum Qualification Comments: Driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes would be preferred but is not essential.
