Experience and Skills: A background in health and social care, homelessness services are essential. Level 3 Health and Social Care or above.

Management experience is desirable.

Pay Type: Monthly salary

Contract Type: Permanent – subject to a satisfactory six-month probationary period.

Job Purpose: To manage a team, endeavouring to provide quality accommodation and support services for adults within a safe and secure environment.

Main Responsibilities: Overall responsibility: To manage day-to-day small team of staff and provide client support services within a hostel environment. You will also be required to cover the On-call rota** (Monday to Sunday 7 nights – alternate weeks, 26 weeks of the year.) For full duties please see attached Job Description

** on call duty – this is where you need to be contactable by phone for seven nights from 5pm to 8am. 26 weeks of the year (alternate weeks.)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday flexible hours (37.5)

Salary: £31882.50 plus On-call allowance £5276.25   Total 37,158.75.

Comments: Enhanced DBS will be required.

Minimum Qualification Comments: Heath and social care qualification Level 3 or above essential. Enhanced DBS will be required.
