Maintenance person-Part time   We are a small and friendly residential care home in Birkdale looking for a handyman for 20-25 hours a week.   The post holder will report to the Manager.   Job description   Work involved   ·       Fire and environmental checks, ·       Water temperature checks, ·       Painting and decorating, ·       Basic plumbing work ·       Fire door checks ·       General repairs and property maintenance. ·       Garden maintenance     Salary: £11.00 per hour
