Job Purpose: To ensure the needs of all young people in the home are met by providing a consistent and efficient service congruent with the organisation’s aims, objectives and philosophy. To work within accommodation for looked after young people across five Ofsted registered children’s home.
Main Responsibilities: To ensure the young people with whom you work are supervised as specified in their Care Plan. To assist the young person with budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene and to maintain high standards in their accommodation. To ensure the home is kept clean, tidy and in good condition. To ensure the health needs of the young people are met. To ensure all relevant information is obtained, collated and file. Records must be kept up to date and accessible. Prepare reports as required. Ensure the health needs of the young people are met.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, days and nights, including sleep overs
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £20970.00
Maximum Salary: £20970.00
Comments: Enhanced DBS check (Formally CRB) will be required. You will be expected to fund , which will be refunded after 6 months in post. MUST HAVE Driving licence
