The only way we can do that is by asking you how you feel we have done. By getting your feedback we can measure our performance and see how well we are doing or where we need to improve. Throughout the pandemic when we went online and digital we changed our Feedback form to a digital copy so we could still get your feedback even though the offices were closed for long periods.
