10:00 am: Antrec Call Centre & Customer Service training in partnership with Santander Open Day 26/02/201910:00 am: Antrec Call Centre & Customer Service training in partnership with Santander Open Day 26/02/2019 – Information session to be held on 26/02/19 at 10am Training runs for 6 days and is funded for those aged 19 plus on or before 31st August 2018, claiming a welfare to work benefit. Customers working while on UC are also eligible if working 16 hours or less or earning no more than £338 per month. We offer a route way into work in a call centre environment through our call centre and customer service work ready training programme. At Antrec we work alongside reputable, well known call centre employers and ensure each call centre learner to successfully complete training is guaranteed an interview. We work with employers to devise a programme that meets the requirements of the job roles on offer.
