18-21 Year Old Sefton Residents 

Support Offer:

• Job opportunities available to Trailblazer eligible clients only
• £3000 grant payable to employer when they take you on
• Access to innovative 1-2-1 interventions to support confidence and motivation
• Bespoke training to increase your chances of employment
• Support when you start work with work clothing, travel and access to an in-work mentor

Young clients aged 18–21 entering employment through the Employer Grant will be offered a menu of support items worth up to £200. Options include tablets, Stanley mugs, travel passes, wellness planners, power banks, and retail vouchers. This flexible approach gives clients the freedom to choose what best supports their transition into work—whether it’s managing travel, budgeting, or feeling confident in the workplace.
