Sefton@Work excels again in Customer Service Excellence!

Sefton@Work continues to excel, achieving full Customer Service Excellence and five new Compliance Plus ratings.

 

We initially achieved the standard in 2010 and there is a requirement to show that compliance is maintained and continuous improvements are being made. An independent assessment of the service is conducted annually as part of a rolling programme.

In addition to us maintaining the award we also improved on our performance by achieving a further 5 Compliance Plus ratings for elements in the sections Information and Access, Delivery, Customer Insight and Culture.

What does Compliance Plus mean?

A Compliance Plus rating means we have exceeded the standard required in a particular area and we now have 33 Compliance Plus ratings overall. This puts Sefton@Work amongst the top performing organisations in the country for Customer Service.

Although documentation and verbal feedback are significant, the most vital evidence stems from assessors' observations and conversations with clients and partners.

Paul Latham our CSE Assessor noted in his report:

“Evidence available points to positive outcomes for the community as promised, including jobs, training and career progression for most clients.”

He further praised the team’s approach:

“The group of clients interviewed were unanimous that this service is positive and helpful in all that it does. The offer open to them is precisely that which they were promised.”
