Who is this course for?

People looking to learn more about the delivery of excellent customer service and improve their communication skills to strengthen relationships and interactions with customers and colleagues.

After you have completed this course you will be eligible to apply for jobs in The Coffee House, new business in Bootle Strand.

You must complete ALL the training to apply.

*You must be unemployed and registered with Sefton@Work to access this Training.

 

Week Commencing:  Monday 30th Bootle Strand

 

Method of course delivery: Practical, interactive and desk based

 

Employers site, Bootle Strand  

COVID 19 RETRICTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE

Places will be limited to a maximum of 20
