| Customer Requirements |
Employment Specification Applicants Must:-19+, Claiming out of work benefits. (Must have turned 19 before 31st August 2020) Be customer focused Must be computer literate (training delivered via Zoom) and have good internet access to complete the training The ability to confidently navigate around different screens Be well motivated with good attitude. Good interpersonal skills (able to communicate at all levels) Be available for duration of SBWA. Employer will consider those with criminal convictions on an individual basis Must have the correct ID documentation

The Atos campaign is financial services and premium bonds, candidates will be subject to a credit check – no CCJ’s and must be able to clear a DBS check
ATOS are full time roles and agents will work between 7am – 10pm working 5 days out of 7.

| Contracted Weekly Hours | ATOS 40 hours Rate of Pay - £9.22 per hour
Between 7am & 10pm 5 out of 7 days
