There are packs of ready cut masks available for you to use.

Knowledge and skills needed:

This course is suitable for people who have basic sewing skills (i.e. can sew a straight seam). Although it would be quicker if you have a sewing machine, these masks can be hand sewn. This is an online course, therefore it would be beneficial if you have basic IT skills and have an understanding of how to type questions using an online platform.

Materials needed:

Once registered, your tutor will provide the resources you need to create a mask in a pack that will be available for collection from Sefton Community Learning Centre, 53 Cambridge Rod, L21 1EZ at arranged times or we can post it out to you. The pattern and instructions will be available, and a fold template is included in the pack. You will need to have an email address to create a free account on our digital learning platform, EDMODO. Instructions will be sent to you once you have enrolled on the course. If you already have an EDMODO account, we will send you the unique access code to this course. You will need internet connection and have the speakers switched on, on your PC, laptop, Smartphone or tablet.
