Customer Requirements
  • Eligibility 18+ in receipt of benefits
  • Must have Right To Work documents to bring to the information session on the Open Day (No Exceptions) 
  • Must be able to Pass a DBS check
  • Must have a 3-year checkable work history
  • Must have previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Must have a flexible /versatile approach to the roles and willing to undertake other duties within their grade
  • Must be available and flexible to work across Evenings/Nights Monday to Sunday – Full time
  • Basic IT Skills required
  • Willing to Learn
  • Customer Focussed
  • Register on Civil Service Jobs
  • Must be available for the initial 6 weeks home based training.
  • Good Internet connection required at home
  • Have a suitable work station/set up for the duration of the 6 weeks training. ServicePro supplied by HMRC
Contracted weekly hours 37 hrs per week with lunches totalling 42 hours paid per week  

 

 

 

AO rate of pay between hrs 06.00-20.00 8.95

20.00 – 23.00 £10.29

23.00 – 6.00 £11.64

 

EO rate of pay between hrs

06.00-20.00 £11.36

20.00 – 23.00 £13.07

23.00 – 6.00 £14.77

 

 

 

 

Candidates MUST be able to provide right to work ID

 

 

Information Session Information/selection session to be held on Thursday 15th October at the Devonshire House Hotel Edge lane.

All COVID19 social distancing adjustments will be in place on the day.

Right To Work and CV documents need to be produced at the open day

 

 

Training

If Selected Candidates must be able and available to undertake 5 days training W/C 19th October, training will be held at the Devonshire House Hotel Edge lane
