The Contact Company are recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisers for full, part time positions in their Birkenhead site.
Sysco will train you in customer service before a guaranteed interview with The Contact Company.
|Customer Requirements||Employment Specification
Applicants Must:-19+, Claiming out of work benefits. (Must have turned 19 before 31st August 2020)
Be customer focused
Must be computer literate (training delivered via Zoom) and have good internet access to complete the training
The ability to confidently navigate around different screens
Be well motivated with good attitude.
Good interpersonal skills (able to communicate at all levels)
Be available for duration of SBWA.
Employer will consider those with criminal convictions on an individual basis
Must have the correct ID documentation
The Contact Company currently follow the social distancing guidelines as outlined by the Government
|Contracted weekly hours||35 – 40 hours
Between 7am & 10pm (some p/t hours may be available). Temporary to permanent roles
|Rate of Pay||NMW 25+ £8.72 per hour
Under 25 -£8.21 per hour. Some campaigns attract higher wage
|Venue and timings of Open Day||This Open Day will be face to face. In line with the current guidelines we would request that attendees wear a mask. Their temperature will be taken on entering the building. Hand sanitizer and social distancing will in place at the venue.
Open Day to take place at
Sysco, Threlfall Building, Trueman Street, Liverpool L3 2BA
On Monday 12th October starting at 10am (sessions to be added in accordance with social distancing regulations)
Those successful will be invited to a Zoom meeting with the employer on Tuesday 13th October @ 09:30am with a view to starting the programme
