New phone System 8X8 - Sefton@Work
Sefton@Work are now using the 8×8 phone system.
Outwardly nothing has changed and our main office number 0151 934 2610 remains the same as do staff members telephone numbers. Due to recent changed with the phone system we had been made aware that customers calling in were greeted with music playing until their call was answered.
We have now put an automated message on our phone system as your calls are really important to us and we want you to be able to access our service.
We state in our Customer Charter that we aim to answer the phone in six rings. We are in the process of updating this to ‘We aim to answer the phone in 2 minutes’ and we have also added the option to leave us a message so we can call you back.
