Salary - £15.15 per hour

*Officer will require access to a vehicle due to store locations*

You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

* Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
* You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
* Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
* Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You'll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed.

What we're looking for
* Previous security experience is preferred
* A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, confident and professional approach
* A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
* A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe Important Information
* All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
