Overview
We are seeking kind, reliable, and compassionate female carer to provide
high-quality personal care and support to our service users. This role involves
close personal care, and due to the nature of the support required, there is a
genuine occupational requirement for female staff under Schedule 9, Part 1 of
the Equality Act 2010. Duties will be varied, and include supporting our residents with
personal care needs, supporting their health and wellbeing, treating our
residents with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct personal
care to residents, including:
* Assistance with daily living activities such
as bathing dressing, and meal preparation.
* Maintain clear and accurate
documentation of records.
* Ensure that the care home
environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all residents.
* Participate in training and development
activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in social care.
