Job summary: Connell Court Care Home are looking for a dedicated
Administrator to join their team. The
role involves providing support to the Business Manager and Home Manager to
ensure the efficient running of a high-quality care home, encompassing various
responsibilities such as managing customer experience, HR, recruitment, and finance.
Main duties of the job:
The Care Home Administrator will be responsible for
* Promoting a warm and welcoming environment
* Assisting with staff recruitment
and onboarding process
* Managing staff records
* Recording minutes of meetings
* Ensuring
rotas and timesheets are complete
* Managing financial tasks such as petty cash
and resident fund accounts and invoicing.
* The successful candidate will need to have
excellent customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and
proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Birkdale, Southport. Purpose built, established in 1976, we provide high
quality person centred care for up to 37 residents.
