Scaffold Labourer–
 
We are a scaffolding company based in Liverpool, looking for a
motivated Apprentice Scaffold Labourer to join our team. This role
is ideal for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in the scaffolding
trade, learn from experienced scaffolders, and gain industry-recognised
qualifications while working on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist scaffolders with erecting,
altering, and dismantling scaffolding on residential and commercial sites

Carry, load, and unload
materials,
ensuring equipment is handled safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and
organised work area,
including yard duties when required
Follow instructions from senior
scaffolders and supervisors to support daily operations

Learn and apply safety
procedures,
including correct use of PPE and manual handling techniques
Support vehicle loading
and site preparation,
including basic labouring tasks

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and
willingness to learn

Good level of physical
fitness – the role involves manual handling and working at height

Reliable, punctual, and
able to work well in a small team

Basic understanding of
site safety

Valid CSCS or COTS card

Full UK driving licence
preferred but not essential

Must be comfortable
working outdoors in all weather conditions
 
 
 
Working Hours & Conditions
Full‑time role

Monday
to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
Work is physically
demanding and outdoors
Overtime opportunities
may be available depending on workload.
