Description

Support worker required for a 14-year-old boy with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD. He is a bright and energetic young person with a fun-loving personality and a great sense of humour.

He can sometimes struggle to engage with people and may take time to build relationships. He would benefit from support from someone who is patient, understanding, and able to match his individual needs and pace. He has additional support needs relating to communication, emotional regulation, and maintaining focus, and benefits from clear structure, consistency, and gentle guidance.
