We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join Sovini Property Services, part of The Sovini Group.

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be expected to:
* Install new Windows and doors in occupied properties.
* Provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Operations Team, creating an environment enjoyable to work in, to include colleagues, both trade and office staff as part of your team.
* Provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Investment Team, creating an environment enjoyable to work in, to include colleagues, both trade and office staff as part of your team.

* Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Multi Skilled Operative role, the skills you will need:
* Qualified to a minimum level of City and Guilds NVQ or equivalent (level 3) in Joinery.
* Experience working in repairs and maintenance in housing services.
* Experience of working in a building environment and completing repair work in occupied homes and Communal areas.
* A knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i.e. Construction, Building Regulations and Health and Safety
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with home owners, external agencies and office-based colleagues.
* Able to plan and prioritise to ensure the effective use of own time.
* Commitment to providing a high-quality service to all customers.
* Able to form and maintain good working relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
* Skilled and capable of carrying out various Joinery works including staircase spindles and handrails to a high.
* Hold full UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
Familiar with PDA and other electronic devices.
Good numeracy and literacy.
