Employer Partnership Agreement

By supporting your business to fill your vacancies, you assist us towards our goal to reduce unemployment within our borough and make Sefton a great place to live, work and do business.

Employer Partnership Agreement

Are you looking to recruit new staff?

Take advantage of our Employer Partnership Agreement

We are Sefton Council’s in-house job brokerage service, and act as an intermediary between local businesses looking to find new staff and our unemployed residents that are looking for work.

Sign up to Sefton@Work and receive:

  • A Framed 'Employer Partner Certificate': Employers who sign the agreement receive a distinguished certificate, signed by SMBC Chief Executive Phil Porter. This certificate can be proudly displayed at your employer premises or on your website, demonstrating your commitment to the community
  • Immediate Publicity: Upon signing, your new ‘Employer Partner’ status is publicised across multiple channels, including social media.
  • Enhanced Recruitment Support: Employer Partners receive priority assistance in filling job vacancies, which can accelerate your recruitment process.
  • Annual Recognition of Success Success: Sefton@Work will hold an annual celebration recognising our Employer Partners who have made outstanding contributions to social value, economic development, and environmental sustainability within Sefton.
