General Manager


A popular Restaurant/Bar in Crosby is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to join the team. Our client is looking to recruit a self motivated and results driven Manager who is able to direct and manage business activities. The successful candidate will have 2 years’ minimum, experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and improving daily business operations.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Recruitment and selection of new staff.
  • Monitoring staff performance.
  • Motivating staff.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Research and identify opportunities for growth.

Personal Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Good financial management skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


Full time


Up to £32,000, depending on experience.
