Care Home Manager

We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for a new care home recently opened in Liverpool.

This is a 55 bedded brand-new location which has exceptional facilities, bedroom suites and is set within a fantastic setting, near the M62 and Sefton Park, Liverpool.

This organisation is a leading national provider, privately owned and highly regarded within the care sector. This is a luxury/purpose built home, with outstanding facilities including end-suite we room, resident`s café, hair salon, quiet rooms for family visits, outstanding private gardens/grounds for residents to enjoy naming but a few of the facilities.

The Essentials - This is a new "flagship" location in Liverpool and as such we are looking for an experienced Home Manager who will have the support from the Operations and Head office teams to include marketing, recruitment, finance, and HR support.

You will need to have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire people with great organisational skills and integrity in all that you and your teams do If you have experience of managing a new service. Commissioning a new service that would be advantageous but it`s     not essential

We are looking for passion in providing the best possible, person-centred high-quality care not only yourself, but through the motivation and leadership of your teams. Dementia experience is also essential for this role -
