Cooper Noble Care is a family run care and support provider who prides itself on delivering an excellent service to clients and its support staff.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced behaviour support workers to work within a specialist behaviour unit in Sefton alongside a specialist support worker team delivering 4:1support. As the successful candidate, you must have previous experience working with young adults with behavioural needs and have the ability and confidence to work on a 4:1 or 2-1 basis delivering support within a clients within the community . The aim is to support the client to have access to community living within a supported environment.

This is a very rare opportunity and the successful candidate can expect to work in a highly supportive environment whilst gaining vital experience to further an already successful career as a specialist support worker. Furthermore, you should expect a competitive hourly rate of £11.75, 5.6 weeks annual leave and double pay when working bank holidays. Opportunities for personal development, up to level 5 in social care will be provided. The service will run 9am -4 pm Monday to Friday . The posts on offer are full time and contractual hrs, a full driving licence would be preferable.
