Administrative Assistant

Description:

An experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to work as part of a busy, fast paced shop team, based in Bootle, Merseyside.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1 year’s administrative experience required.
  • Experience in Sage Line 50 (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Experience of using Excel (essential).
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Main Duties.

  • Engaging with and serving customers face to face.
  • Answering external telephone calls and helping with customer queries.
  • Processing sales invoices in an accurate manner.
  • Assisting with administration and Reception duties.
  • Additional duties, commensurate with the post.

Hours of work: Part time 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm (some flexibility re start and finish times).

Salary: £10,500 (Full time equivalent £21,000).

Job Type: Part-time
