Children's Healthcare Assistant - Formby

Description:

We are a local homecare provider who specialise in complex clinical care for both adults and children and we have a vacancy in the Formby area.

Our roles are specialised, and you can develop your skills and enhance your career within healthcare.

We provide all our healthcare teams with specialist training to support them in looking after our clients to the highest possible standards.

Our Registered Nurse will support you to become competent in all aspects of the care delivery for your client.

We ensure that you are trained, observed, and assessed practically for the clinical tasks you will be responsible for when working with your client.

Personal Requirements

  • At least 3 months experience in care – this could be personal family experience or hands on paid work.
  • The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
  • A driving licence (desirable, not essential).
  • A passion to make a difference.
  • A desire to progress your career.
  • Experience of Moving and Handling and providing personal care.
  • Candidates need to be dedicated, motivated and committed, with a desire to enhance their current care skills by moving into a clinical role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • All candidates need to be fully up to date with Covid vaccines.

Available Shifts

Full or part time days or nights- short shifts (3 hour runs). Suitable for somebody looking for variable hours.

Rates of Pay£12.75 - £15.00 per hour, in addition to a Welcome Bonus of £150.00.
