Assistant Manager / cook

Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Crosby restaurant.

This role will require you to work as part of the team to provide exceptional and smooth delivery of service.

You will have responsibility for the front of house, the kitchen and delivery drivers. You will have desire to set and maintain your own high standards always delivering above customers expectation.

You will need to be organised, hard- working and reliable with proven ability to build and train a team to manage high volume outlet.

Key Responsibility Include:

• Helping with day-to-day management of the business and reporting to the owner or manager.

• Assisting with controlling costs

• Complaint’s handling

• Assisting with recruiting Salary will be dependant on experience.
