Content Renewables has an exciting opportunity for a well organised
driven individual to join its vastly expanding team. We currently carry out the
installations of renewable energy measures which involves a lot of admin and
compliance in order for jobs to be processed.
Administration assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative
support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carry out administrative
duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational
requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and
expediting work results.
- Exhibit polite and
professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Support the team by
performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develop administrative staff
by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential
- Ensure operation of
equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for
repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment
- Provide information by
answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory
by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed
supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contribute to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or
equivalent education required
- 1 year of administrative
- Knowledge of appropriate
software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft
PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
