Job description· Deliver customer support excellence and operational efficiencies through collaboration with sales associates team· Ensure the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.· Use replenishment tools effectively to ensure compliance of replenishment unit target (RUPH)· Escalates issues to more senior team members· Understand \& demonstrate basic knowledge of relevant Dept. SOP’s
