Nursery Practitioner

Description: A passionate and enthusiastic candidate to join our team of
highly skilled practitioners in providing the highest quality of care and
education within our nursery setting.

To be fully aware of and uphold the legal requirements set out by the EYFS statutory framework (September 2020\) at all times.

To understand, implement and adhere to the nursery's policies and procedures at all times.

Operate a program of activities suitable to the age range of children in your care in conjunction with other staff in line with children’s individual needs and interests.

To keep an official record of achievement file on your key children for parents.

Work with parents of special needs children to give full integration into the nursery.

hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or level 2 and willing to gain level 3\.  ·    Have a secure knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and how to
promote individual development through partnership working with parents and
other professionals.

Have an awareness of safeguarding procedures and have experience of a key worker role.  ·    A paediatric first aid certificate is desirable.
A DBS will be required
for this position and satisfactory references.
