Out of School Playworker – Farnborough Road Primary School, Birkdale

Description:

Registered charity managing and delivering activities within a Community Centre alongside delivering out of school childcare across Sefton and surrounding areas.

Working within our afterschool club at Farnborough Road Primary School, Birkdale, the playworker will assist in providing a stimulating, caring and fun environment that meets the needs of children aged 3-11 years whilst also meeting all Ofsted requirements.

Playwork or Childcare qualification desirable but not essential Experience in a play environment or in caring for children (voluntary or paid), essential.

Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure and references are required and will be processed by Fun 4 Kidz for the successful candidate.

£9.50-£9.71 per hour dependent on qualification

Hours : Breakfast Club 7.5 hours per week – term time Core hours 7.30am-9.00am Afterschool Club 18 hours per week -  term time Core hours 2.30pm-6.00pm Holiday Club 25 hours per week – school holidays (except Christmas) Core hours 8.00am-6.00pm (Worked on a rota basis)
