Job Purpose: As a Sous Chef you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Main Responsibilities: Our Sous Chefs are involved in a range of duties including: - Fresh food preparation - Embracing our food culture and designing regularly changing menus - Setting and reviewing GPs - Ordering - Stock control - Adhere to policies, standard operating procedures and safe working practices including food safety systems and follow health and hygiene policies and associated legislation (for example HACCP). - Ensure that you are clean and well presented at all times.

Comments: Competitive wage depending on experience Uniform Parking Staff meals on duty
