Job Purpose: Based in one of the 3 Nurseries in either Orrell Lane, St Giles Aintree, or Maghull, you will work as a member of the nursery team and assist the room leader in all aspects of child care and child development.
Main Responsibilities: You will act as a key worker for a group of children in your care and provide support and guidance to the nursery practitioners.
Working Pattern: Minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:45am- 6pm
Hours of Work: Part Time
Minimum Salary: £9.00
Maximum Salary: £11.00
Comments: Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. The Nursery is committed to Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment. Suitable references and Enhanced DBS will be required. Suitable applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid or in the process of completing their vaccinations and must be willing to take 2 lateral flow Covid tests on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualification Comments: NVQ3 in Childcare or equivalent is Essential. A current First Aid Certificate is desirable.
