Experience and Skills: Cooking/baking and fast food preparation experience is essential The cafe has a high turnover of customers, seated indoor/outdoor and takeaway. Desirable to have used a 'Merrychef' oven but full training will be given. Desirable to have barista experience but full training will be given.

Job Purpose: To take responsibility for all food preparation when on duty, to check fridge and freezer temperatures, food dates. Deal with stock control and ordering from suppliers.
Main Responsibilities: To prepare hot and cold snacks to order in busy cafe environment. To assist with beverage preparation and customer service when required. To bake cakes/scones/tray bakes Make homemade soups Prepare salads Clear and clean cafe, wash dishes etc
Working Pattern: 10am - 3pm /12 - 5pm on a rota basis over five days always including one day at the weekend and to cover for holidays where necessary.
Hours of Work: Part Time
Minimum Salary: £9.00
Maximum Salary: £10.00
Comments: Moss Side is off the A565 and it is only accessible by car. There are no bus stops on that side of the dual carriageway. Parking is free. all food preparation and cooking is 'front of house' Employer is looking for an immediate start
