Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking bread and other products and will have proven experience of producing and baking a full range of products including bread, cakes and pies. You will be a team player but also take the initiative and be able to work alone. You must be able to communicate with others and able to take direction from your supervisor.

Job Purpose: To produce baked goods to the highest of standards that look and taste delicious.
Main Responsibilities: To produce and bake a full range of products mainly traditional bread products. The ability to produce sourdough products will be an advantage. The production of cakes and pies will also be required.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week over 6 days Monday to Saturday , between the hours of 12am -5am
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £9.20
Maximum Salary: £9.20
Comments: This is a midnight start - Temporary to cover long term sickness.
Minimum Qualification Comments: A good understanding of HACCP and food safety. A level 2 food safety certificate will be required.
