Job Purpose: Based in Waterloo to provide general administrative support for the Sefton Connect team and be the first line of contact for clients and partners phoning.

Main Responsibilities: Answering the telephone, and dealing appropriately with callers. General administration duties as required. Outbound telephone contact with service users and clients and accurate recording of data. Supporting careers advisers and coaches in their work

Working Pattern: Full time

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £11600.00

Maximum Salary: £13100.00

Comments: DBS will be required and references. 12 month fixed term contract.

Minimum Qualification Comments: Must have the ability and willingness to undertake study up to NVQ level 2 and demonstrate a commitment to training and personal development.
