Experience and Skills: You will have substantial experience of working in the community with a range of people, including those with a label of personality disorder; or a forensic mental health requirement; or who have been in contact with criminal justice services. The role requires an operationally experienced, dedicated practitioner, who is as passionate as their colleagues about developing Imagine’s outstanding, specialist services.

Job Purpose: Working for Imagine Independence, based in Merseyside and Greater Manchester, you will offer leadership and direct line management to community-based specialist services, including gender specific ones providing trauma informed, intensive support.

Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for specialist accommodation and floating support provision, some of it for people in contact with the criminal justice system. This is a chance to develop in your chosen career, working in a psychologically informed environment. As Registered Manager for these services, you will work to ensure that CQC registration and other quality marks are maintained/gained.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £39000.00

Maximum Salary: £39000.00
