HR Administrator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Experience and Skills: Skills in using Microsoft Office products and experience of data entry into a CRM system are essential. The post will involve working closely with managers, as part of a team and requires good level communication skills. The ability to work independently, good organisational skills and flexibility are essential. An awareness of mental health, inequality and social inclusion would be an advantage.

Job Purpose: Imagine Independence, a vibrant, expanding third sector organisation, requires a suitably experienced HR administrator to work at its Hope Street base.

Main Responsibilities: To provide administration support, with some reception cover.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £17965.00

Maximum Salary: £17965.00

Comments: 12 month Fixed Term Contract Imagine’s benefits include a contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme, generous holiday allowance and career development opportunities. An enhanced DBS will be required for this post.

Minimum Qualification Comments: Applicants must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent and should possess GCSE English and Mathematics at ‘C’ grade or equivalent. An ECDL qualification would be advantageous.
