Job Purpose: To support the front-line Housing & Property Services function for customers and provide administrative support to the organisation and in particular the Housing and Property Services team.

Main Responsibilities: Providing a first-class service to tenants, partners and stakeholders, including order and invoice processing and query resolution. Providing effective support to colleagues around housing, income and property systems Supporting the delivery of excellent customer engagement and communication. Supporting the team in investigating and resolving tenant and customer complaints, neighbour disputes and reports of Anti-Social Behaviour. Collation and production of performance and benchmarking information to demonstrate VFM and quality performance. Ensuring that office supplies and provisions are readily available and the office functions effectively.

Working Pattern: Monday- Friday

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £18000.00

Maximum Salary: £20000.00
