Job Purpose: Working for a busy Energy firm based in Bootle, you will be making outbound calls to customers, inputting and maintaining customer information.
Main Responsibilities: The role is initially to collect data and check eligibility of potential customers who are interested in the products supplied (boilers & under floor insulation) then to manage the customers, create appointments whilst ensuring all compliance checks are done to the highest standard. There are plenty of bolt on deals for the customers to create a higher commission yield. The leads are warmed up as all calls and contacts are created from marketing and web applications/queries. This role is ideal for those who have worked in a sales environment, contact centres (in/out bound calls) can take rejection well and able to keep a potential customer on the phone.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Commission on all deals plus Overtime available.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £13500.00
Maximum Salary: £19000.00
Comments: This Employer currently have staff who are hitting their targets and making £300 to £500 plus per month on commission.
