Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience and Skills: Strong administration and communication skills. Previous recent experience in a similar role essential as is the ability to achieve targets, deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have strong IT skills and the ability to manage a large caseload of individuals with varying needs to support them to overcome any barriers to progression.

Primarily an in-person face to face service the impact of the coronavirus pandemic has changed the way that our IAG service operates at present with us offering a blended approach consisting of telephone and virtual support appointments where the in-person offer is not available.
Minimum Qualification Comments: Fully qualified at a minimum of NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance (or equivalent)
