Job Purpose: Working in Southport, to support the Homes Manager in the daily management of the home, staff and young people.
Main Responsibilities: Supporting the manager with the day to day running of the home, helping to ensure that the home abides to current legislation. Provide ongoing support to all staff and residents. Liaise with external agencies . Overall management of the home’s budget and resources. Develop the staff team. To be responsible for the daily care of young people, ensuring consistent planning and programme implementation is entirely congruent with the organisation’s aims and objectives and philosophy.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required, plus sleep-in duties paid at £76.00 per sleep-in.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £25000.00
Maximum Salary: £25000.00
